1. Acceptance of Terms

Multiple accounts registered by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. jperya reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within specified timeframes may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify jperya of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. jperya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jperya accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine banks, cryptocurrency, and other methods as specified on our platform. All deposits are subject to:

• Verification of payment method ownership and legitimacy

jperya reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our AML/KYC policies. 3.2 Withdrawals

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting Terms

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jperya are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical errors or as otherwise specified in game-specific rules. You agree that:

• All gameplay is conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply as displayed in each game
• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies
• Disconnections during gameplay are handled according to game-specific disconnect policies
• Historical game results and bet records are available in your account for ninety (90) days

4.2 Prohibited Activities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jperya platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface design, is owned by jperya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jperya Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jperya content
• Use jperya branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission
• Frame or mirror any portion of the jperya website on another website
• Use automated systems to access or extract data from the platform

Any unauthorized use of jperya intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While jperya strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jperya disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 Technical Issues

jperya shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, communication failures, server downtime, software errors, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In cases of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts may be voided, and funds returned to player accounts.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jperya's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your jperya account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. In no event shall jperya be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by jperya

jperya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account shows irregular betting patterns suggesting bonus abuse or advantage play
• Required by law, regulation, or order from competent authorities
• You are added to any self-exclusion or problem gambling database

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and jperya may pursue additional legal remedies.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts closed for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened for specified minimum periods as outlined in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to jperya customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except as may be awarded by the arbitrator.
